PAUL ROBERTS - Partner

Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and joined the firm shortly thereafter. Paul became a Partner in 2007. Paul specialises in Wills & Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and conveyancing matters. He also has a keen interest in advising elderly clients. Paul has dealt with the administration of multi-million pound estates.

Paul was born and raised in Bedford and has good local knowledge of the area.

GIUSEPPINA (PINA) SACCO - Partner

Pina joined the firm in 2008 and became a Partner in 2014. Pina mainly deals with Commercial Property matters and Conveyancing. Pina is also regularly instructed on development sites, in particular setting up legal packs for new blocks of flats.

Pina was born in Bedford and attended St. Andrews School and then Dame Alice Harpur School.

Pina is also fluent in Italian and is able to advise Italian speaking clients on Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

ROISIN CANAVAN - Partner

Roisin joined the firm in 2018, having qualified as a Solicitor with another local firm, having previously practiced in Criminal Defence.

Roisin became a Partner in 2022.

Roisin mainly deals with Residential Conveyancing.

Roisin is supported by Sofia.

EMMA CORBETT

Emma re-joined the firm in 2026. She handles all aspects of residential property transactions. Her expertise covers sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered titles, re-mortgages, auctions and transfers of equity.

She qualified as a Fellow of CILEX in 2014 while working with the firm. Since then, Emma has gained valuable experience with both national and smaller firms, combining a friendly, approachable manner with a professional, solutions-focused approach for her clients.
