As part of the Government commitment to making buying and selling homes easier it has introduced a legal obligation on homeowners or their selling Agents to have a Home Information Pack available when marketing homes for sale.

Home Information Packs will provide important information to prospective purchasers at the very start of their interest in a new home giving increased transparency on key issues and meaning any offer to purchase is based on an informed decision.

A Home Information Pack will need to contain an Energy Performance Certificate, Searches and legal documents. A Home Condition Report can also be included on a voluntary basis. We can provide a Home Information Pack that is fully compliant with the relevant regulations and on terms that allow the cost of the pack to be deferred until you have had an opportunity of selling your home.
